Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Roz Invest and Abacus Financial Services Private Limited (“Roz”, “we”, “us”) handle personal information when you use rozinvest.com or join the Roz waitlist.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the mobile number you provide. We also record the country, the page or form that generated the submission, and basic browser information such as the user-agent string. Our hosting and security providers may process technical logs, including IP address, device information, request time, and requested URL. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect website-usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referring pages, and visit times.

Meta Pixel records page visits, waitlist-button clicks, and successful new waitlist signups, and may process browser identifiers, IP address, user-agent, the page visited, and related event details to measure our ads. Our custom event calls do not include the phone number as a parameter, and we do not currently send it through Meta Conversions API.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages through heatmaps and session recordings. It may process clicks, scrolling, page and device details, and browser identifiers. Clarity masks the contents of form inputs in recordings, including the waitlist phone field.

How we use information

• To manage the waitlist and contact you about Roz access or product updates.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• To prevent fraud or abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We also use Meta Pixel page-view and waitlist-event information to attribute and measure our ads.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, provide analytics, store waitlist records, secure our systems, or communicate with you, including Google and Microsoft for website analytics. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate reorganisation. We do not sell personal information.

Meta receives the page-view measurement data described above under its own applicable terms and policies.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, security, and record-keeping needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your waitlist submission, or ask us to stop contacting you. Some requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions.

You can use browser settings or privacy tools to block Meta Pixel or Microsoft Clarity, and you may contact us about a privacy request at the address below. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Children

The waitlist is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
